SHIPPING - free shipping is sent via untracked lettermail and is taking longer than usual to be delivered by Canada Post. Packages may take up to 6 weeks to be received once I dispatch them. I have no control over when your package will arrive, nor can I track it. If you need your package by a certain date, please upgrade to expedited shipping (in each listing, $15 flat rate) which will come with a tracking number and a delivery guarantee date.
To be able to offer free shipping, items are shipped lettermail WITHOUT tracking in Canada. The option to upgrade to a flat rate tracked parcel is available at checkout for each listing. Each additional item is free.
Shipping to the United States now includes a tracking number. Once items have been shipped, I cannot guarantee delivery times, especially if items are being held at customs. I am also not responsible for any duties incurred.

Where is my tracking number?
Free delivery items (which is most if not all items in my shop), do not come with a tracking number as they are sent lettermail to keep costs down. The option to upgrade to flat rate tracked parcel is available at checkout.
US addresses include tracked shipping as paid for with your order.
If you have paid for a tracked package, you will find your tracking number in your confirmation of shipping email which may take up to 3 weeks of processing from purchase during peak holiday season.
